Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, is seeking a skilled Parts and Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of sales experience and strategic thinking, with unlimited earning potential.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Cat and non-Cat parts, dealer services, and product support solutions to trucking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing a coverage plan and managing your territory effectively
  • Generating opportunities for customer interaction and sales through basic inspections
  • Prospecting for new customers and new parts/service revenue sources
  • Following up on sales leads and building collaborative relationships with customers
  • Selling parts, service, PM products, customer support agreements (CSAs), and Extended Service Contracts (ESCs) within your assigned territory

You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting on incremental opportunities for future sales, providing input into the planning and budgeting process, and working closely with all members of Service and Sales Management.
