* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
\
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and licensure to practice in Oregon essential.

* Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire necessary.
