Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Communication Specialist to join our team at Soliant, working with students in Selah, Washington. This is a full-time opportunity for the 2024/2025 school year.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and evaluate students' communication abilities through speech, language, and therapy services.
- Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs, incorporating engaging activities and evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings, promoting effective communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; experience working with children preferred but new graduates welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a 401K plan and comprehensive benefits package, providing a supportive work environment.
