Quality Assurance Role at Kanak Exports India LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze product design specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product's scope, requirements, and functionality.
  • Develop and implement testing parameters, including assessments of functionality, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Execute thorough testing procedures to validate that products perform according to user requirements and established guidelines.
  • Accurately document and log any identified issues and replicate these issues for detailed analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers and other team members to report issues, offering suggestions for improvements and updates.
  • Create comprehensive reporting formats and protocols to effectively represent collected test data.
  • Ensure all testing activities are documented, including test plans, test cases, and results, to maintain comprehensive records.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Product Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within a product development or consumer goods environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, particularly in the context of product testing and development.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans and cases based on both written specifications and verbal instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel a definite plus.
