Job Title: RN Weekend Shift

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Clinical Nurse on our weekend shift. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering individualized patient care in a clinical environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practice and research to inform your decisions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Experience with direct patient nursing care, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work a 3x12 hour shift, every other weekend, with occasional major and minor holidays.
