Job Title: Weekend Night Shift RN

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at 4Square Medical Staffing for a Weekend Night Shift position. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

* Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure continuity of care.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of practice.

* ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

* At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

* Epic experience preferred.

**Work Schedule:**

* Weekend: Every other weekend.

* Call: Required per needs of unit.

* Holiday: 2 Major & 2 Minor.
