Job Summary:The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing individualized patient care in a clinical environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive safe and effective care, and that their needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care is safe, effective, and efficient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Experience with direct patient care, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive and composed manner.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
This is a part-time position, working every other weekend, with a shift of 3x12 hours from 6:30am to 7:00pm. You will also be required to work two major and two minor holidays.
