Job Summary

Pape' Material Handling Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team in Arlington. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that material handling equipment at customer locations is running in peak form and maximizing uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment
  • Interact with customers to ensure their equipment is running efficiently
  • Travel to customer locations in a fully loaded Pape' service vehicle
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Driver's license with a good driving record. CDL preferred
  • Must provide own tools
