Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Radiology Support Clerk to join our team at Community Memorial Healthcare. As a Radiology Support Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our physicians, technical staff, and medical staff to expedite radiologic services for patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the radiology department, including preparing and maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and communicating with patients and staff.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of radiology reports, films, and other medical documents.
  • Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of radiology exams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three months of experience in a medical setting clerical role preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
