As a Superintendent specializing in Commercial and Industrial Construction at TradeLink Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing commercial and light-industrial projects across the Southeast and Eastern United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the overall construction project to ensure it meets specifications and is completed within the designated timeframe and budget.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities to enhance efficiency and align their work with project schedules.
- Maintain open communication with owners and their representatives, providing regular updates on construction progress.
- Collaborate amicably with architects and owner representatives, prioritizing the long-term interests of the company.
- Ensure strict adherence to the company's safety protocols throughout all project phases.
- Commit to quality by evaluating project processes, implementing necessary changes, and utilizing customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate integrity and support for the company’s values while focusing on exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- 5 to 20+ years of construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a lead superintendent on commercial or industrial projects.
- Specific project experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center, Storage Center, Big-Box Retail, and White-Box environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling software.
