Superintendent - Drywall Projects

Our client, a leading Southeast Sub contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join their team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction effort and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating the construction effort
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to trade contractors and subcontractors
- Inspect and review contractor operations to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Develop and maintain site logistics plans and quality assurance controls
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Communicate and enforce safety and health management programs
- Prepare and submit daily reports to document project progress and conditions
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and attend project meetings
- 6+ years of commercial construction experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
- Completed commercial projects greater than $5M
- Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
