Job Summary

The Corporate Actions Asset Servicing Senior Analyst is a critical role within Citigroup Inc. that requires a high level of expertise in financial operations and asset servicing. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leadership responsibilities and quality control for a Corporate Actions Team
  • Coordinate announcements, revisions of communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
  • Provide support across Asset Servicing specific to Corporate Action Voluntary and Mandatory events
  • Identify and manage risk to the business, with timely action and prompt escalation
  • Hold or attend team meetings and/or in-person meetings
  • Participate in conference meetings with international or US Custodians and Transfer Agents regarding Corporate Action or Dividend events
  • Perform all other job duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in a senior or leadership role in a corporate actions or financial operations intensive environment
  • Must have in-depth experience of quality control and maker-checker processes
  • Familiarity with audit criteria and ability to improve processes and a technology/innovation mindset
  • Ability to act as business owner
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent financial services operational experience
