About the Role

This Senior Business Lead Analyst role is part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team within Independent Risk Management. The team is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Citi's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and for specific enterprise-level risk management programs and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall strategic vision for the ERM Portal as an enterprise software, coordinating with business leads and senior pillar business leads to define requirements and drive adoption, and meeting with upper management and liaisons to define requirements and enhancements for CRO Dashboards and Attestation sign offs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the ERM Portal as an enterprise software
  • Coordinate with business leads and senior pillar business leads to define requirements and drive adoption
  • Meet with upper management and liaisons to define requirements and enhancements for CRO Dashboards and Attestation sign offs
  • Lead cross-cutting meetings with key stakeholders, outlining takeaways and action items with appropriate follow-up
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Develop individual project artifacts as necessary, including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD's), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD's), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries
  • Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities, including milestone setting, task and actions management, coordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations
  • Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members
  • Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
  • Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications
  • Years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Prior work experience in area related to analytics and/or strategy consulting
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse skill
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
