As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting scientific research, customer support, project development, and quality testing through chemical and biological analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and conduct simple laboratory experiments with autonomy and precision.
  • Estimate resources and time required for experiments, collect, prepare, and test samples, and meticulously record observations.
  • Prepare detailed reports with results in a synthesized manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Execute experiments with high reliability, including conducting basic calibrations.
  • Adhere to hygienic, cleaning, and safety protocols and report any non-conformities observed during daily work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Microbiology or Food Science, with Dairy Science being a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility.
  • Critical thinking skills and basic problem-solving abilities.
  • Quality-oriented and work in a structured manner.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset, along with the ability to communicate needs clearly with peers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
