  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Availability for 10-36 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Flexibility to work opening, closing, and mid-shifts.
  • Capability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Respectful interaction with both customers and team members.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality settings is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve draft beer for both on-site and off-site customers.
  • Participate in staff meetings and special events as required.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
