About the Role

Job Summary

This full-time position requires a registered nurse with a focus on patient care and safety. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient status.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Participating in unit-based quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the State of Rhode Island.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in medical surgical nursing, ambulatory, or surgical services.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
