Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse, Registered to join our team at Charter Care Health Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care that is safe, efficient, timely, and effective.

About the Role:
  • Prioritize patient needs and preferences to guide clinical decisions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic care
  • Evaluate and document patient progress toward established goals and outcomes

This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Associate degree required; BSN preferred
  • Current RI license required; BLS required; ACLS required
  • 1-2 years of previous nursing experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - 85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
