Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Ascension St John Medical Center. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of emergency services policies, procedures, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and evaluate all clinical activities, including care plan development, service level determination, and complaint management.
  • Direct the development and implementation of emergency services policies, procedures, and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
  • ~2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • ~5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
