Strategic Sales Technology Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Technology Leader to join our team at Gigamon. This role will involve overseeing the technology stack that supports our global sales organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to align systems with organizational objectives, and managing vendor relationships and budgets.
About the Role
The Head of Sales Technology and Tools will be responsible for architecting and managing the entire sales systems infrastructure, including Salesforce, sales automation tools, CPQ systems, Clari, and business intelligence platforms. This includes leading system enhancements and integrations to drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability, as well as developing robust reporting tools and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the sales organization.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales operations, IT, or related fields, with a focus on systems and technology. At least 5 years of experience overseeing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation, and CPQ systems is required. A proven track record of driving system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements is also essential.
What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage the entire sales systems infrastructure, including Salesforce, sales automation tools, CPQ systems, Clari, and business intelligence platforms.

- Develop robust reporting tools and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the sales organization.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, IT, or related roles with a focus on systems and technology.
- At least 5 years of experience overseeing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation, and CPQ systems.
- Proven track record of driving system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Strong data management, reporting, and business intelligence experience.
