Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Facilitate guest registration and accommodation arrangements, accommodating special requests when feasible.
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes in line with company policies.
- Handle guest messages and communications.
- Process reservations, including pre-registration and future bookings, adhering to pricing structures and promotional strategies.
- Address guest complaints and provide information regarding services, events, and local attractions.
- Assist in resolving billing issues.
- Conduct cancellations as per established procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- A background in hospitality or business administration is preferred.
