Surgical Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Surgical Oncology team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Support staff development and education to promote excellence in nursing practice.
- Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs and productivity standards.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure and Associate Degree in Nursing required.
