Surgical Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Surgical Oncology team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the state of Texas.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
