Duties include:

  • Assisting in permitting processes, both electronically and via paper copies
  • Handling contract administration tasks, such as pay applications and shop drawing submittals
  • Taking phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting as needed
  • Printing, forwarding, and making copies of incoming emails for distribution to project managers
  • Supporting employees with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC
  • Experience in permitting a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
