Job Summary:

The Parking Ambassador is a key position in our parking operations and event experience, reporting to the Parking Manager. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service interactions with each customer, ensuring a First-Class experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction: Greet all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion, providing accurate directions, event information, and answering guest inquiries.
  • Parking Lot Management: Manage the efficient entering and exiting of assigned parking lots, guiding guests using hand signals or lighted poles.
  • Event Support: Assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment in the parking lot, including barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, unless currently enrolled.
  • Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high-volume environments or similar industries.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.
