Parking Ambassador

Position: Parking Ambassador

Job Summary:

The Parking Ambassador is expected to provide a First-Class Guest Service interaction with each customer. This position will manage the efficient entering and exiting of assigned parking lots surrounding State Farm Stadium, Westworld, and Spring Training Feilds. Ambassadors will perform duties within the parking lots assisting guests with directions both visually and verbally. The Parking Ambassador is a key position to our parking operations and event experience and reports to the Parking Manager.

• Responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion.
• Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations.
• Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaining answers to any guest inquiries.
• The Parking Ambassador will assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment in their lot which may include barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled preferred
• Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environment or another similar industry experience

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
• Welcoming and enthusiastic energy when interacting with guests and team mates
• Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult situations
• Other duties as assigned
