  • Organize and cultivate key technical and management talent within the portfolio business area.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
  • An active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Current SSBI is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Program Manager.
  • Ability to lead a team working on the managing programs in GEOST's Space portfolio with creativity, courage, and collaboration.
  • Strong experience leading highly technical programs to meet all customer and business execution milestones and metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in leading highly technical programs in the achievement of market successes (high performance, faster time to market, lowest cost, and unyielding safety and quality).
  • Possess unquestionable integrity and ethics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with President/GM and their direct reports.
  • Skillful at communicating very complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
  • Consistent track record of successful delivery of complex products and solutions.
  • Ability to think deeply and qualitatively about business problems, breaking down issues and presenting solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring an elevated level of self-directed energy and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win.
  • Unparalleled work ethic – able to coach and mentor those around them to be successful rather than a leader who closes deals.
  • Articulate with an ability to effectively sell complex products to a diverse set of audiences.
