- Organize and cultivate key technical and management talent within the portfolio business area.
- A bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
- An active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Current SSBI is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Program Manager.
- Ability to lead a team working on the managing programs in GEOST's Space portfolio with creativity, courage, and collaboration.
- Strong experience leading highly technical programs to meet all customer and business execution milestones and metrics.
- Demonstrated success in leading highly technical programs in the achievement of market successes (high performance, faster time to market, lowest cost, and unyielding safety and quality).
- Possess unquestionable integrity and ethics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with President/GM and their direct reports.
- Skillful at communicating very complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Consistent track record of successful delivery of complex products and solutions.
- Ability to think deeply and qualitatively about business problems, breaking down issues and presenting solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring an elevated level of self-directed energy and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win.
