We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to delivering cutting-edge data-driven approaches that maximize operational efficiencies for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis and research to address challenges using appropriate principles, approaches, and techniques
  • Advise on mathematical and statistical methods for conducting operational and technical analyses
  • Gather and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations
  • Formulate mathematical models to interpret information and assist decision-making
  • Apply system engineering theory to problems of process or production
  • Ensure metrics reflect operational requirements, conditions, and sensitivities
  • Drive training development for operational personnel
  • Lead the creation of reportable milestones and provide analysis for status reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active CBP clearance or equivalent
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with data modeling, database integration, and automation of data processes
  • Familiarity with SQL and other querying languages
  • Experience with Six Sigma and DMAIC based approaches
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages
