Job Summary

The EPC Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects within an assigned region. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and provide leadership to project executives, project managers, site supervisors, and other construction professionals within the region.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for construction projects and monitor costs to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, financial performance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility interconnection, PV solar, and BESS construction.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, budget forecasting, and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $176,000 - $251,992.40 per year.
