About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Science Liaison to lead our efforts in rare hematology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to advance our understanding of rare hematological disorders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scientific Collaboration: Foster trusted partnerships with external experts to enhance the understanding of our products' scientific and medical value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Execute on stakeholder engagement plans to gather data, develop, and share medical insights that contribute to the enhancement of our key medical messages.
  • Research Opportunities: Identify and critically assess research opportunities to play a supportive role in the execution of evidence generation plans.
  • Patient Insights: Recognize, record, and share insights that deepen our understanding of patient needs, and proactively contribute towards identifying unmet needs.
  • Communication: Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while ensuring full compliance with relevant company, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Demonstrate operational understanding and risk management by ensuring excellence in execution of all governance processes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree: Hold an advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred, or other relevant life sciences degree (RN/MS) with a healthcare specialty required.
  • Experience: Possess experience/knowledge of benign hematology or immunology strongly preferred.
  • Digital Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in digital tools.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a complete background check.
