The Business Analyst role requires understanding and implementation of CLM best business practices to improve the overall CLM experience for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing Salesforce ecosystem and provide business analysis responsibilities in the rollout of the CLM tool.
  • Implement CLM best business practices to improve the overall CLM experience for business stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment.
  • Design and configuration of the Apttus modules per business requirements.
  • Manage and drive to completion the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the CLM changes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce and CLM implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Apttus/Conga CLM tool and Salesforce areas/modules.
  • Certifications in Apttus/Conga CLM and Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Additional Responsibilities:

The SA role will consult, educate, facilitate and communicate knowledge and application of system tools/processes to all the functional business stakeholders and the Apttus/Conga CLM tool implementation.

The role requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across the Information Services teams in the organization.
