About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Information Security team at American Tower. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade security solutions to protect our global platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security engineering, with experience in cloud security, identity and access management, and threat detection. They will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will work closely with our IT department and product groups to ensure seamless integration of security solutions with our business objectives. They will also be responsible for conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation measures to enhance our overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade security solutions to protect our global platforms.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
  • Work closely with our IT department and product groups to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of security engineering experience, with a strong background in cloud security, identity and access management, and threat detection.
  • Proven experience with security tools such as Microsoft Azure, Okta, Duo, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Windows Defender, OCI, and Sentinel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex security concepts effectively.
