Overview:

The Project Management Associate is responsible for overseeing a range of projects, primarily focused on business applications outside of IT. This role involves working closely with project stakeholders, various business units, and end-users to establish project objectives, develop strategic initiatives, execute plans, allocate resources, and ensure successful project delivery. Familiarity with medical devices is crucial, particularly in areas such as clinical trials and design controls. Experience in scientific, laboratory, or clinical settings, along with strong leadership capabilities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project operations and team members.
  • Guide projects through the complete project lifecycle.
  • Engage with stakeholders, business units, and end-users.
  • Ensure project outcomes are achieved within set budgets and timelines.
  • Offer expert advice and support throughout the project duration.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams in scientific, laboratory, or clinical settings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • 1-6 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with medical devices and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation expertise.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic assays is preferred.
