Position Title: Culinary Event Supervisor
Role Description: The Culinary Event Supervisor will manage the productivity and effectiveness of the kitchen and food preparation, ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing daily kitchen operations, setting purchasing and receiving standards, and collaborating closely with the sales department. This position involves developing innovative recipes and production techniques, designing banquet menus, monitoring all food service activities during events, and staying informed about local and global market trends as well as competitors' culinary offerings.

Requirements:
- The Culinary Event Supervisor must have at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume setting.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a Culinary degree or equivalent industry experience.

- The Culinary Event Supervisor must be capable of leading and inspiring others while serving as a role model.
