Job Title: Director of Human Resources, Global Nutrition

Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources, Global Nutrition is a senior-level HR Business Partner responsible for developing and implementing effective human resources strategies to support the growth and success of ADM's Global Nutrition business. This role will partner closely with the President of Global Nutrition to develop and execute people strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management plans and objectives that align with the business segment vision and strategy.
  • Partner with segment leadership and finance to develop annual workforce planning initiatives.
  • Assess the current core capabilities and identify the capabilities of the future for the business segments.
  • Partner with HR Analytics teams to establish and report on appropriate talent metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and segment leadership teams to drive leadership development efforts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and caring.
  • Drive a growth mindset and a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Provide guidance and direction to a global team of HR professionals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of prior Human Resource Business Partner and people leadership experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in designing, leading, coordinating and/or administering Talent initiatives.
  • Familiarity and comfort in environments where growth and change are constant.
  • Demonstrable ability to set strategy, define programs and deliver content.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills, as well as an ability to think creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or Development.
  • Human Resource Certification (SHRM, PHR, SPHR).
