Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor the boiler room and HVAC equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer License required; 1st Grade Stationary Engineer License preferred.
  • 3 years of boiler experience as an operating engineer required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
