About the Role:- Lead intercultural learning efforts within the Cranwell International Center and the Mozaiko Living-Learning Community.
- Develop and implement programs that promote global understanding and cultural competence among students.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for international students.
- Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in international student services and living-learning communities.
- Master's degree in intercultural communication, language education, international affairs, counseling, student affairs, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program development, implementation, and assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated experience in living-learning community development and leadership.
- Knowledge of multilingualism and its application in global leadership development.
- Intercultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
