Office Coordinator

Elite Business Resources, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee general office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a clean, professional office environment.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, candidates, and employees, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Assist candidates with applications, resume submissions, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Ensure the candidate database is up-to-date with relevant information.
- Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks such as job postings, candidate tracking, and resume management.
- Help organize job fairs and recruitment events by managing logistics and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts, job orders, placements, and billing information.
- Liaise with recruitment team members, clients, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and process flow.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, legal requirements, and data protection regulations.
- Proven experience in office administration, ideally in a recruitment or employment agency setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment software (Applicant Tracking Systems preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Temp to Hire, Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7:30A-4:30P.
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
