We are in search of a valet driver to assist in managing one of our upscale locations in North Houston. If you have a passion for automobiles, enjoy engaging with diverse individuals, and appreciate working outdoors, this role could be a great fit for you.
Position Details:
This is a full-time role; Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays. Sundays are designated as off days.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome all vehicle occupants upon arrival by opening vehicle doors and providing a sincere greeting.
- Efficiently open and close vehicle doors for guests arriving or departing.
- Safely and promptly park all vehicles in designated areas, ensuring each vehicle is locked and keys are secured.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front drive and parking areas.
- Exhibit professionalism by speaking graciously, smiling, and maintaining eye contact.
- Safely run or jog to retrieve and park vehicles as needed.
- Transport clients to and from the dealership.
- Oversee the valet podium, manage keys, distribute claim tickets, organize vehicle parking, and direct traffic when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to provide timely service to customers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and extreme temperatures.
- Availability for long hours and a flexible schedule to accommodate a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient multitasking skills in a dynamic setting.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Possession of a valid Texas Driver License.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
