As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team with necessary materials and ensuring the effective use of marketing content to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales Support / Enablement: Communicate regularly with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer requests for products meet requirements. Identify appropriate product SKUs based on technical requirements.
  • Marketing Materials Development: Lead the development of marketing materials, communication collateral, product positioning documents, white papers, case studies, and training documentation to further enable the commercial team.
  • Competitive Analysis & Voice of the Customer (VOC): Analyze competitor offerings, identify market gaps, and develop strategies to differentiate our products.
  • Product Portfolio Pricing & Proposal Management: Complete regular requests for proposal (RFP) by completing costing and pricing analyses with support from engineering, operations, and finance.
  • Website Management & SEO/SEM: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website.
  • Trade Show and Events Support: Champion the planning and execution of all company marketing events, including trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a strong emphasis in industrial products
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Proficiency in web development principles and experience managing website projects
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Computer and graphic design skills; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
