Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Maximatecc. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the technical solution spearhead in the front-end of the business, working in tandem with our Sales and Account managers who take the commercial lead.

You will represent and embody our technical product offering, striving towards consultative selling. You will drive our understanding of the customer situation and needs, and together with the customer, explore solution paths based on our versatile product platform.

You will also mobilize further technical support from subject matter experts in our engineering organization as required to articulate product and engineering support capabilities that bring value in the customer situation at hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive exploration of customer technical situation and needs.
  • Inform and educate the customer about the features and capabilities of our product offering and recommend solutions based on our product offering adopted to the customer situation at hand.
  • Support the forming of our business proposal to a customer and the continued technical dialog and negotiations up to the close of the business opportunity.
  • Customer in-design phase.
  • Perform getting started training for customers in our software platform and toolchains.
  • Provide first-line technical support to the customer engineering team, supporting them in the adoption of our product in their application.
  • Running program phase.
  • Provide first-line technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Physics Engineering, Engineering Management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years work experience from B2B in the fields of advanced industrial electronics, embedded software, automation technology or equivalent.
  • Understanding of how advanced electronics products based on microprocessor/System-On-Chip computing cores are built up.
  • Programming skills in C/C++ and familiar with toolchains like Qt, HTML5 and CODESYS.
  • Familiarity with Fieldbus technology like CAN and Ethernet IP.
  • Passion and curiosity for how computing technology can be applied in industrial applications for visualization, process control, video, guidance etc.
  • Concise communication, verbally and written. Ability to adopt the technical level and detail for the audience at hand.
  • Proficient verbal and written language skills for the market in question as well as English.
