Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Salesforce Solutions: Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our retail banking clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our development teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Architecture: A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce architecture is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Java, and other programming languages, as well as experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer and/or Architect certification is highly desirable.
