About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at HUB International. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients, and maintaining a partnership with carriers to support business development activities while upholding high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with multiple insurance companies/MGAs to negotiate and obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, etc.
  • Cross sell products to potential customers
  • Manage established book of accounts
  • Negotiate renewals for existing customers
  • Obtain information and documentation from new and existing clients
  • Process endorsements for clients and issue certificates
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with Associate Account Managers through the renewal and endorsement processes
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
  • Familiar with Customer Account Servicing
  • Demonstrated success in customer service skills
