Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Kirkland campus. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide high-quality patient care and lead initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a manageable and sustainable caseload of adult inpatients, consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day.
- Lead initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide patient discharges and ensure a smooth transition to aftercare.
- Competitive salary range: $180,000-$200,000 depending on experience and job fit.
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.

- 5 CME days + reimbursable expenses.
- Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.
- Certifications: Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.
- Licensure: Current Washington APRN license in good standing.
- Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.
- Required Experience: 3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
