Responsibilities:- Provide physical and psychological support to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to complete the nursing process
- Supervise assigned team members and promote a safe and effective work environment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Current license to practice nursing in Washington (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting
- Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications
