Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily tasks of warehouse personnel
  • Providing feedback on employee conduct
  • Conducting employee training sessions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
  • Monitoring and enforcing inventory management practices
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Assisting with necessary documentation
  • Filling in for other leads during their time off
  • Supporting supervisors during their absences
  • Performing standard warehouse duties as time permits

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with RF-controlled inventory systems
  • Background in handling food products is advantageous
