Teller Supervisor

Old Second National Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team. As a Teller Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily Teller function for a branch, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

• Manage the Teller function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Provide coaching and training to Teller staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor staffing needs and schedule Teller staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and security tests to ensure the integrity of the Teller operation.
• Participate in required training sessions to enhance knowledge of sales, customer service, and bank policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of Teller or banking experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.

• Some college-level courses desirable.
• Five or more years of banking experience and Teller responsibilities preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
