Role Overview

This hybrid role offers flexibility with both on-site and remote work, allowing you to apply your sales expertise in the aviation aftermarket sector. As an Aviation Sales Associate, you will drive sales, expand our market presence, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • IDentify new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to balance customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in aviation sales or a related field (aftermarket parts preferred).
  • A strong understanding of aviation parts and the aftermarket industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
