Kidde Global Solutions- RSR is seeking an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing data to drive business decisions and growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Develop and maintain advanced sales reporting and analytics capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Create and maintain customer scorecards and other performance metrics
• Present findings and insights through clear and concise data visualization
• Support sales by contributing to sales plans and forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years CPG experience
• Experience working with ETL tools and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
• Understanding of database concepts and query languages (SQL)
