Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
• Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support plans to promote positive behaviors and outcomes
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and services
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Current or previous Oregon Intervention System (OIS) training
• CPR/First Aid Training within 30 days of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to transport clients in personal vehicle
