Direct Support Professional

Catholic Community Services (CCS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team in providing residential services to individuals with varying needs. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, while also supporting their personal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to individuals in a residential setting, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and behavioral support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and a driving record that permits coverage under the agency's corporate auto liability policy.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
- Competitive hourly rate ($19.39 - $23.41)
